Wolfpack Athletics has a New "Leader of the Pack"

The Wolfpack has a new Athletic Director for the 2015-16 school year as Mike Adras has been named to replace outgoing AD Gilbert Rodriquez. Adras comes to Great Oak from the Pittsburg Unified School District in Northern California where he was the Athletic Coordinator for the past three years.

Prior to that, Adras had served as the head basketball coach for the Northern Arizona University Men’s Basketball Team for 20 years and amassed a record of 193-170.  His Lumberjacks won the Big Sky titles in 2006 and 2007 and Adras was named the Big Sky Coach of the Year for the 2005-2006 season.

“The School Spirit here at Great Oak is just outstanding” said Adras.“I’m excited to work with all the dedicated professionals that are part of our coaching staff. I appreciate the way they have all welcomed me and I look forward to help grow the sporting environment here at the school. Students are heavily involved in all aspects of the school and it makes for a wonderful environment”.
