Lakeside placed second in the Sunbelt with a 12-3 record. The Lancers were 16-9 overall. They will be at home to play Ocean View who took third in the Golden West League. Paloma Valley will travel to play Temple City who finished third in the Rio Hondo league. The Wildcats are 15-11 this season.
Round one begins on Thursday as Temescal Canyon will be home against he winner of the West Torrance-San Marcos Wildcard game. The Titans were the Sunbelt Champions and have a 22-5 record so far this year.
Southwestern League Three-peat Champion Murrieta Valley begins the playoffs at home and will play Los Alto, the third place finisher in the Hacienda league. The Nighthawks are 24-6 this season.
The Wolfpack will also be home for their CIF SS playoff opener. Great Oak will host Santa Margarita the Foothill League’s second place team. Great Oak is 16-6.
Vista Murrieta travels to play the number one team in the Baseline League. Vista Murrieta is 14-11 and Chino Hills has a record of 23-7.
Wildcard Softball Playoff Action Begins Tuesday Afernoon
Six teams from the Southwestern and Sunbelt Leagues will be playing in the 2015 CIF Southern Section Championship Softball Playoffs. The action starts tomorrow in Division 4 as two Sunbelt League teams play Wildcard games.FOR MORE PICTURES CLICK HERE
