HS Softball: Murrieta Valley and Great Oak To Attempt to Play Final Game Today

Weather Permitting, the Game to Determine the Southwestern League Champions will be Played Today or Tomorrow

11205567_711990295578510_5977833288176672525_nThe Southwestern League Softball Championship is still on the line and both teams are eager to play the final game to see who will be on top.
The weather unfortunately doesn’t want to cooperate.
Yesterday’s season finale has been postponed to today at 3:30 pm. In the event of rain, the game will be rescheduled for Saturday at 9am.
The game will be played at Murrieta Valley.

The Nighthawks defeated the Wolfpack at Great Oak n Wednesday afternoon 13-3 to take a one game lead in the standings.

The Wolfpack is now 8-1 and trail the Nighthawks who are 9-0 by a game for the league Championship.

Great Oak will travel to Murrieta Valley to try and even the score with the Nighthawks and take a share of the League Title. Game time is 3:30pm weather permitting.
