A group of just over 30 demonstrators protested against the current administration’s policies on illegal immigration just in front of the Border Patrol station in Murrieta this morning. The protesters were peaceful and clearly outnumbered by Murrieta Police officers, Border Patrol agents and and emergency personnel on hand.

The demonstration marked the one year anniversary of the passionate protests which turned away buses filled with migrant children from Central America. Six demonstrators were arrested in last year’s protests.
Today’s gathering was highlighted by conservative activists waving American flags and holding up signs in support of the Border patrol.
