Rancho Christian Promotes Jake Fey as High School Athletic Director

The Eagles are Striving to Constantly Improve their Athletic Programs

Rancho Christian School announced that Jake Fey has been promoted as its new High School Athletic Director. Fey has been at Rancho Christian since January of 2014 and has taught elementary and intermediate school physical education. He is also in charge of high school weight training.

Fey  has been the Defensive Coordinator of the football team at Rancho Christian for the past wo seasons. He was also the Head Coach of the track team 2 years ago for the Eagles and was the discus and shot-put coach last season.

DSC_0094Fey has coached football since 2011 and track since 2014. He began his career as a Safety coach at Orange Lutheran in 2011. He then went on to be the defensive coordinator at Canyon of Anaheim Hills In 2012.

Rancho Christians new A.D. went to Orange Lutheran High school and graduated in 2007. He played football and ran track all four years and was an All-League player as a free safety in the Trinity league and the Captain of the 2006 State Championship team.

Fey went on to Chapman University where he received his degree in communication with a minor in physical education and graduated in 2011. Fey was selected as the defensive MVP of the schools football team in his senior year.

Fey replaces outgoing A.D. Ryan Wikert. He will be joining the Rancho Christian School athletics administrative team of Kelly Frichner, High School Athletics Secretary; and Erin Baker the Middle School Athletic Director.
