The Temecula Valley High School Athletic Department announced the hiring of two Varsity coaching positions. They are new Head Varsity Baseball Coach is Daniel Franklin, and our new Head Varsity Softball Coach is Todd Hollins.
Coach Franklin comes Temecula Valley from Villa Park High School where he was their varsity hitting coach. He has also coached at Tustin High School. While in high school, Coach Franklin was an All League, All CIF and All State player. He was an All Conference player at Santa Ana College and then went on as a scholarship player at Cal Poly Pomona.
Coach Hollins has coached softball and baseball for the past 18 years. Most recently, Hollins was the assistant baseball coach at the University of La Verne. He also runs the Hollins Softball Academy.
Coach Hollins was a hitting instructor for the Lake Elsinore Storm and was the Director of Softball for the Storm Elite Academy.
