Temecula’s Award Winning Photographer's Photos Are Now On Display

Lucas is a passionate photographer with a love for black and white and long exposure imagery and has way to combine both to achieve dramatic, captivating photographs.

The artist has won the honorable mention in the Photographers Forum 34th Annual Spring Photography Contest. He won another honorable mention in the 2014 ND Awards in England. Haynes is the Secretary of the Executive Board for the Inland Empire Photo Club.

Haynes teaches a Black and White Photography class for the club and also just finished up a black and white photo contest. He is also involved with sports photography with local high schools.

"I feel the camera brings about a innate creativity in me I haven't been able to access anywhere else” said Lucas on his Website.

“I am 'at home' and at peace with myself during the creative processes involved in making an image. Through photography I am able to connect with the world and share an unspoken voice."

The Gallery on Main is holding a reception tonight at 6pm as they celebrate the work of this talented artist. It is located at 42030 Main Street. Haynes; photos will be on dieplay for several weeks.
