CIF SS Football Polls: Local Teams Improve in Week 6

Heritage, Linfield Top Divisions, Vista Murrieta, Murrieta Valley, Paloma Valley and Calvary Murrieta Maintain Rankings

The CIF Southern Section Divisional Rankings saw little change as we approach Week 6 in the 2015 schedule. Heritage and Linfield Christian maintain an iron clad grip on first place in their respective Divisions. Heritage has dominated the Inland Division the past few weeks and will face Elsinore this Friday. The Lions are on top of the Eastern league and will host Aquinas as league play begins.


Vista Murrieta survived a fourth quarter rally by St. Augustine last week and remain in third place in the West Valley Division. Murrieta Valley gained a spot and rose to number 8 in the Division.

Calvary Murrieta is now in a third place tie with Brethren Christian the East Valley league and Paloma Valley jumped 2-spots up to number 6 in the Inland Division.
