HS Football: Tonight’s Local Christian School Week 6 Pigskin Previews

Linfield Christian-Aquinas

12039482_542757705871520_6124087048429985870_n12047147_542757665871524_4106062147135251469_nThe Lions have completed a perfect 5-0 record in their non-league schedule and Linfield Christian is ranked Number One in the  CIF SS Eastern Division as league play begins.

Led by quarterback Clay Maranville, running back Zach Archer and all purpose back Lorenzo Burns, the Lions can strike quickly and often. Linfield is seeking to keep the streak moving forward as they face Aquinas.
The Falcons are 3-2 and is coming off a huge 44-7 victory over Saddleback.

Cornerstone Christian-Crossroads Christian

Cornerstone is 4-2 and picked up a win by forfeit against St. Michael’s Prep last week. The Crusaders use  primarily a running offense which is led by freshman quarterback Ayden Sotello and running back Wayne Simmons.
Crossroads Christian is 3-2 and lost to Immanuel Christian 44-28 two weeks ago.

Calvary Murrieta- Rancho Christian

NOTE: Tonight's game will be played at Temescal Canyon High School
12046645_1658018391120658_6513049649989743826_nThe Warriors stormed through their pre-league schedule racking up an undefeated 5-0 record. Calvary Murrieta is ranked third in the CIF SS West Valley Division.

Leading the Warrior offense are quarterback Adam Schwab, WR Brayden Campos and running back Micah Roth. Murrieta’s last victim was Holtville who they crushed 47-14.

The Eagles are 3-2 and are coming off a 35-14 victory over Horizon Christian Academy. Rancho Christian is led by quarterback Carter Treadway and running backs Malosi Napoleon and Jesse Roman.
