Lake Elsinore: Eight Arrested in “Quality of Life” Saturation Patrol

In response to the complaints from members of the community, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Problem Oriented Policing Team continued “Zero Tolerance” enforcement efforts throughout the city of Lake Elsinore between September 4th – 5th .


Quality of Life complaints include criminal activity such as trespassing, public intoxication, illicit drug use, and petty theft. These crimes are considered misdemeanor offenses and negatively affect the quality of life for community members. All persons contacted and arrested are offered resources for homelessness, substance abuse, and mental health.

Tobin Eversole, 49, of Lake Elsinore, for possession of a controlled substance.
Alexander Gomez, 40, of Lake Elsinore, for outstanding misdemeanor warrants and trespassing.
Sherman Gray, 41, of Lake Elsinore, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tracie Guevara, 51, of Lake Elsinore, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa Lopez, 51, of Lake Elsinore, for outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
Sadie Myers, 25, of Lake Elsinore , for outstanding misdemeanor warrants and trespassing.
Eric Taylay, 30 , of Blythe, for Public Intoxication.
Raymond Theis, 25, of Menifee, for outstanding felony warrant and possession of controlled substance.
