Moreno Valley: 16 Arrested During Compliance Checks of Registered Sex Offenders Thursday






On Thursday, October 10, 2019, conducted a compliance checks of registered sex offenders within the city of Moreno Valley. During this operation, 149 sex offenders were contacted by deputies and officers to verify compliance with all registration requirements as well as all terms and conditions of parole or probation.

16 people were arrested and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center during this operation :

Maurice Davis, 29-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, misdemeanor warrant
Vernon Truell, 32-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, felony warrant
Henry Hollins, 32-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Frank Eason, 48-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Jeremy Kendrick, 29-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Charles Sharpperez, 26-year-old resident of Moreno Valley,
parole violation
Anthony Brown, 37-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, misdemeanor warrant
Reginal Houston, 57-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Jeremy Kendrick, 29-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Jose Miranda, 33-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Michael Daugherty, 22-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Marco Berrueta, 32-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, marijuana cultivation
Jesus Birruetta-Cerna, 28-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, marijuana cultivation

Sergio Higuera, 56-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, marijuana cultivation
Jose Miranda, 33-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, parole violation
Richard Gonzalez, 20-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, weapon violation.

In addition to those arrested, an additional 16 people were found to be in violation of their registration terms. These cases will be submitted to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office seeking prosecution.
